Guests are required to register the following information (by law).
・ Name, age, gender, address and occupation
・ Nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
・ Departure date and scheduled departure time
(Check-in and check-out)
Article 3
・ Check-in time is from 15:00.Please let us know when the check-in time. Inform in advance if check-in will be at nighttime.
・ Check-out by 11:00.Cleaning will begin right after check-out time, so please be punctual.Please note that additional charges may apply if check-out time is delayed.Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like a late check-out. We will confirm the possibility.
(Safety and security)

・ Please be sure to check the evacuation path map displayed at the bedroom door or the front door.
・ Please refrain from having guests during your stay. Only registered guests are available to stay.
・ Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility (including the external premises). Also, please refrain from smoking in the neighborhood.
・ Please do not enter/open the places where Staff Only is displayed.
・ Be sure to lock the doors when you go out.
・ Be sure to turn off the electricity, air conditioner and gas when you go out.
・ Please be careful on any source of fire such as the heater and gas stove.
・ Please do not leave your child alone in the house.

Your valuables and belongings must be managed at your own risk.

We provide free parking as your parking space but we do not manage any accidents. Any accident should be handled by your own responsibility. When using the free parking, you will need to provide the vehicle and driver information.

・ Please do not ask the neighbors for directions.
・ Please do not bring the following items into the facility:
-Dogs, cats, birds and other animals and pets in general. (Guide dogs and service dogs are exception)
-Explosives, volatile oils and dangerous products that are easily ignited or ignited.
-Those that emit a foul odor and a strong odor.
-Drugs, guns, swords and narcotics prohibited by law.
-Remarkably large amount of luggage and goods.
-Any item that is prohibited by law.
・ Unauthorized use of photographs taken at this facility for business purposes may be subject to legal action.
・ No Gambling, morals, acts that disturb public order, acts that disturb the neighborhood or cause disgust at this facility.
・ Please refrain from being loud, loudly singing, or noisy acts that may cause inconvenience to the neighbors.
・ We do not accept accommodations for non-registered people.
・ No smoking is allowed on the premises, in the building, nor in the neighborhood.
・ Please use any of the equipment/facility/amenity as per its intended purpose.
